HOW IT WORKS
We currently sell items (marked with a large yellow tag) during the Buy Rite Now period. * If an item has the large yellow tag labeled " Buy Rite Now," that item is for sale now at the indicated price plus sales tax. All items are offered at a substantial savings. See a sales associate "Let's Make A Deal!".

WHEN IS BUY RITE NOW OFFERED?
The items marked may be purchased from:

	Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri 10:00 - 7:00 pm Sat - Sun 11:00 - 6:00 pm

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?
When you see an item you want to purchase, the SALES CLERK will bring the yellow tag to the front window. You do the following:

1. Complete the Buy Rite Now form.
2. Indicate whether you require delivery. **
3. Pay for your purchase & delivery fees (if applicable) - Sales Tax applies to your purchase price. Payment may be cash, ATM, credit card &/or check (upon approval).
4. Take your receipt for removal of the items as indicated below.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - All the terms and conditions on this document apply to every purchase through this program, including the following:

• Only items with the YELLOW Buy Rite Now tag are available for purchase prior to the Auction & are sold for the price marked on the yellow tag.
• Payment for Buy Rite Now items is due in full at time of purchase . Do not remove tags - SEE SALES CLERK.
• All sales are final - No Refunds.
• TV's & appliances only: 10 day warranty with receipt for repair or exchange only - No Refunds.
• Delivery is available for Buy Rite Now items - please inquire at front office for fees & arrangements. **

* Note: If an item has a red Auction Item Only tag, that item is available for sale at the Auction only - it is not a Buy Rite Now item.

** If item has a "No Delivery" tag, all items must be removed by the Saturday following the Wednesday sale cutoff.
